Matthew and Sarah are wonderful hosts. They made us feel like family, responsive when needed but not intrusive. The home is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The furniture and beds are extremely comfortable and we have never seen a cleaner place. The kitchen has everything you could ask for. We lacked nothing. And oh, my, the outside space. Absolutely beautiful! If you are looking to have fun, this is the place to do it.

Condo was central to everything we were looking for in our stay. The location was quiet and close to everything!
There were recommendations for local food places, shopping and recreational fun.
The place was spotless and comfortable! Would highly recommend staying here!

Matthew is an amazing host, and the property we stayed at was one of the best we have been to.
Everything was clearly thought out very well, from the amenities, to the appliances, and everything in between.

This is a really cute place everything was well laid out with thoughtful touches everywhere. It’s also in an excellent location. Pretty much everything is within walking distance in Old Town. There is a Walgreens a Starbucks and a convenience store all within a block or two. Great place we loved it!!

The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well‑appointed, with comfortable seating and a generous selection of amenities. Both the kitchen and laundry areas were thoughtfully stocked with essential supplies, and it was clear that previous guests had contributed to a well‑maintained and useful pantry.
The outdoor space was a standout feature—relaxing, expansive, and offering activities for all ages. While we noticed a few minor maintenance items during our stay, the owners were extremely responsive and were willing to address them promptly once notified.
Overall, this property is wonderfully managed and provides an excellent home base, just a short drive from numerous scenic hikes. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

We had a wonderful stay and the home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Matthew, the property manager, was exceptional to work with and extremely responsive throughout our stay. We paid extra for the heated pool and spa and it was well worth it. While there isn’t a traditional kitchen/dining table, the incredibly large island worked perfectly for the four of us. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

We had a great time during our stay! The house was in the perfect location and had all the amenities we needed. The pool was great for kiddos as it had a large Baja area and a step connecting to the spa. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. Our family had a great time and would definitely come back!

My stay at Matthew’s house could not have gone any better. The home was lovely, clean, comfortable, well equipped, quiet, peaceful and close to nearby attractions. The beds and pillows were superb- I had not slept that well in months! Matthew was quick to respond to any questions and the instructions for check-in and out were clear and concise. Will be staying again in the future!

Our little home away from home was perfect for our girls trip. Location was great, super close to so much and also old town was walkable. The inside of the house was spacious and laid out nicely. Had great amenities and everything was as described. Matt did an amazing job of communicating and had a great guest book with local suggestions. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had an extended stay at Matthew’s place. The home was very clean and accommodating. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and great backyard. Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood.
Matthew could not have been a better host. 5 star communication!
Highly recommend this home and would enthusiastically stay here again!
