The house was awesome very clean modern, felt luxurious the beds were super comfy and the kids loved the pool .I would definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.

the home was perfect for our family! The pool was a beautiful end to busy days sightseeing, visiting with relatives and shopping. Getting a cup of coffee and sitting on the edge of pool watching the sunrise over the mountains will forever be my favorite memory! Grocery stores/pharmacies within 5 minutes a big bonus. Home was clean-well appointed. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need and then some (ninja blender- an airfryer- what the heck!). Beds were super comfortable and smelled great. Nice size bathrooms. The extras were a bonus-(the pack n plays for our 5 month old grandson). Neighborhood was safe and quiet. The 2 TV rooms offered so much additional space and comfort- (the recliners were a huge family favorite). The putting green saw a fair amount of action from this family of golfers. I have NO suggestions- this was BY FAR our favorite airbnb! We will be back!

Matthew had a lovely little Townhome in the Historic Area of Scottsdale. Check in was a snap, the home was equipped with everything you would expect from a Super Host. There were snacks available, beers in fridge! All the details were carefully thought out. Communal pool nearby which was nice as it was 118 degrees when we arrived. I loved this place and Matthew is top tier! 5 star stay, would highly recommend.

We were in town for an ASU tour and had an amazing stay at Matthew’s place. The house itself is very well laid out, clean and stocked with those extra little touches most places don’t think about. My kids loved the arcade games and the theater.. I’m pretty sure those saw more time than the pool! My partner really liked the neighborhood, as he is an avid morning walker and found plenty of trails in the neighborhood. I love the Baja ledge of the pool.. SO convenient for pool time with a little one. Matthew makes things simple for you, has great communication and great recommendations for the area. I will definitely book with Matthew again for our next trip to Arizona.

We had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From beginning to end, communication was seamless. Matthew was super helpful and quick to respond. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and provided all of the amenities we could hope for. The kitchen was stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and anything random that we needed—it was there! We really enjoyed the clean, gorgeous pool. The location was unbeatable, near everything, and so peaceful and private. Our family gives it a 10/10. We highly recommend—in fact, we are already trying to book it again!

This was by far one of the best Air BNB experiences I have had! Matthew was amazing to work with, very responsive and went above and beyond my expectations! The condo was extremely clean, nicely decorated and very homey! He thought of absolutely everything I could have needed! The condo has big windows and lots of light! ! I kept extending my stay as I didn't want to leave. Great location near downtown Scottsdale! I wouldn't definitely rent this again!

I absolutely loved this home. it had everything we needed for our vacation. My family had so much fun in the area. its Mesa and close to everything we wanted to do. We definitely want to come back to this house as soon as we can. The host Matthew was great and quick to respond to any questions we had. Loved it!

Our family enjoyed this beautiful place! We never wanted to leave! Matthew the host was very responsive with any questions we had throughout our stay! The place was immaculate and we felt right at home! The pool was sparkling clean and serene! We would recommend this place to anyone! Would stay again! 10/10!!

Highly recommend staying at this home or any others that Mathew hosts! It was by far the best airbnb I have ever stayed in and will definitely be coming back! On top of being extremely responsive and helpful, this home had so many amenities to make the stay easy and comfortable. A clean, cozy, entertaining home away from home! Matthew’s house worked out extra well for our family. Pristine condition with lots of amenities. We made great use of the pool and all of the electronics. Great location and great place overall.
